Notes Recording Format is Here!
Meetings where a recording playback is generated will now publish a new recording format called Notes.
NOTE: Your Learning Management System (LMS) must support multiple recording formats for this recordings format to publish. If your LMS does not support multiple recording formats, Notes will not be supported.
This article will cover where you can find the Notes format in the following Learning Management Systems (LMS) / BigBlueButton Integrations:
Canvas
Under Concluded Conferences locate the session and expand the recordings listing.
If this option is not available, your Conference playback may be processing. Check back later to access the Notes and other processed formats.
Locate and click the Notes option.
Only the Instructor/Moderator will have access to the Notes format.
A new browser tab will load with the final state of the notes (see above for an example). This text can then be copied and pasted into a TXT based program such as Word or Notepad and saved to your local system.
Moodle
Locate and open the Moodle Activity to display the recordings listing associated with it, then select the Notes format.
